The use of CVs and/or other candidate information supplied by us will create a legally binding contract between the “Company” namely the “Client” & the “Resourcing Partner”, namely “Roaring Twentie” under the “Terms Of Engagement” agreement that has been signed by both parties. This agreement shall override all other terms if any other than the terms specified below.If you do not wish to proceed on this basis, you should immediately inform us, make no use of CVs and destroy them with information provided about candidates. You are under no obligation to make any offer of employment or engagement in respect of any candidate introduced by the “Resourcing Partner”.
General (Users who are job seekers & employers)
The use of this service (here in after referred to as the ‘Site’, ‘Website’ or ‘App’) is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below (‘Terms and Conditions of Use’). Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Your submittal of any personal information to Roaring Twentie indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included within this website, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Roaring Twentie. Roaring Twentie reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Terms and Conditionsor amend information pertaining to this site or app or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
By continuing to use the Roaring Twentie Site or App, you are agreeing to enter in a legally binding contract with Roaring Twentie.
1. Objective
At Roaring Twentie we aim to successfully introduce suitable candidates to fill appropriate employment vacancies with the client. These general terms and conditions are valid for and applicable to all recruitment contracts, namely the “Terms Of Engagement” for permanent/remote/temporary/part-time placements between Roaring Twentie and the Client.
2.No Guarantee of Results
Roaring Twentie is NOT an employment agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in meeting the employment objectives of Users. Roaring Twentie does not guarantee that documents posted by Users will result in candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not responsible for any employment decision, for whatever reason made, made by any User.
Roaring Twentie does not guarantee any jobs to Users/Candidates when they apply for vacancies/positions available/posted on the website/app or post/submit their CV’s to the company/company’s website OR build or create a CV using the company’s products/services OR even if the User/candidate engages with any of the company’s advertised products/services onthe company website whether directly or indirectly through the service provider or any third party agent.
Roaring Twentie does not guarantee any jobs to Users/candidates on behalf of the client during the recruitment process OR the contractual period between the “Company” & the “Resourcing Partner” OR even once the contract between the “Company” & the “Resourcing Partner” has expired or terminated by mutual consent or otherwise.
3.Terms & Conditions of Use
The Site is intended for individuals seeking employment and for employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment. You may use this Site only for lawful purposes within the stated context of Roaring Twentie’s intended and acceptable use of the Site. Roaring Twentie is the sole interpreter of the Site’s intended and acceptable use.
You agree not to develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or processes (including but not limited to crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons, or any other technology) to scrape content from Roaring Twentie, except as an internet search engine making the information searchable by users, and provided you display only minimal snippets of each Roaring Twentie page to your users, in each case mention the source clearly as Roaring Twentie, and link each snippet back to the corresponding page on Roaring Twentie website, with a single click and without requiring the user to register on your site, submit an email address, make a payment, view additional pages or any other intermediary step.
- License to Use by Users who are Job Seekers.
Roaring Twentie hereby grants you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the site only for your personal use seeking employment opportunities for yourself. This authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the material on the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Your use of the Site is a privilege. Roaring Twentie reserves the right to suspend or terminate that privilege for any reason at any time, at its sole discretion.
- License to Use by Users who are Job Seekers.

The use of the salary and benefits data is provided for information only, and is not intended to be relied upon for any other purpose. Roaring Twentie further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of this data. Roaring Twentie and its data providers shall not be liable for any errors or inaccuracies in this data, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon.
This data is provided ‘as is’ and Roaring Twentie makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability and warranties of correctness and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Roaring Twentie be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or other damages however caused.

All editorial contents and graphics on this site are copyrights of Roaring Twentie and the related logos are trademarks of Roaring Twentie. Other products and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks or trade names of their respective owners.
7.Limitation of Liability
Roaring Twentie will not be liable for:
- The contents of any communication, message, or information provided to Roaring Twentie by you or other third parties.
- The contents of any website not controlled, owned, or operated by Roaring Twentie that is accessed from or linked to this website by direct or indirect means.
- Any damages or injury caused by, including but not limited to, any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure.
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising out of or relating to use of or inability to use this website, even if Roaring Twentie has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Roaring Twentie, its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of this website; (b) any alleged breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9.Limited License
This website is for your personal and non-commercial use. Except as otherwise expressly provided, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, use, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or content contained in the system, Roaringtwentie.com website as a whole software, products or services obtained from or available as part of or in conjunction with this system. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use this system only under these Terms and Conditions.
This license is not a sale of any of the owner’s rights. The Roaring Twentie website may be used only by you, and you may not rent, lend, sub-license or transfer the website or any data residing on it or any of your rights under this agreement to anyone else. You may not develop or derive for commercial sale any data in machine-readable or other form that incorporates or uses any substantial part of the website. You may not transfer to or store any data residing or exchanged over the Roaring Twentie website in any electronic network for use by more than one user unless you obtain prior written permission from Roaring Twentie.
10.Intellectual Property
The User hereby acknowledges that any proprietary rights used on or in relation to the Products/Services, Resourcing Partner, Company, or any Third Party services/products/software supplied hereunder, including, but not limited to, any title or ownership rights, patent rights, copyrights and trade secret rights, shall at all times and for all purposes vest and remain vested with the Resourcing Partner, Company or the Third Party/Third Party software owner.
The User hereby acknowledges that it is its sole responsibility to comply with any terms and conditions of license.
The User is hereby notified that failure to comply with such terms and conditions could result in the User being refused a software license or having the same revoked by the proprietary owner. The User further agrees to indemnify Roaring Twentie in respect of any costs, charges or expenses incurred by Roaring Twentie as the result of any breach by the User of such terms and conditions. NO TITLE OR OWNERSHIP OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES/SOFTWARE PRODUCTS OFFERED BY THE RESOURCING PARTNER/COMPANY/THIRD PARTY AGENTS OR ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE LICENCED TO THE USER (IF ANY) UNDER THIS CONTRACT IS TRANSFERRED TO THE USER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
11.Third Party Content
The Site offers third party content or links to third party websites. Roaring Twentie does not endorse or evaluate third party content and websites, or assume responsibility for them. All third party content is provided completely as is, without warranties of any kind.
12.Third Party Intellectual Property Rights
Roaring Twentie and the User acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or the User’s possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Roaring Twentie, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
13.Third Party terms
When using this Site or service, the User needs to be compliant with applicable regulations of their country as well as any third-parties involved in provision of this service to them. Roaring Twentie and the User acknowledge and agree that such providers are third-party beneficiaries of the Agreement, and will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the Agreement against the User as third party beneficiaries thereof.
14.Product Claims
Roaring Twentie and the User acknowledge that Roaring Twentie, is solely responsible for addressing any claims of the User relating to the Licensed Applications or the User’s possession and/or use of the Licensed Applications, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. The Agreement may not limit Roaring Twentie’s liability to the User beyond what is permitted by applicable law. Any claims made will be subject to Roaring Twentie’s policy on limitation of liability.
15.VAT
Prices charged to you for online course purchases or any products/services offered online are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
16.Fees & Expenses
Only when a client contracts to employ a job seeker/candidate introduced by Roaring Twentie, shall he be liable for any fees for recruitment services rendered by Roaring Twentie.
The fees for a successfully concluded placement by Roaring Twentie are due upon agreement on the employment of a job seeker/candidate introduced by Roaring Twentie to the client and calculated based on the contractual terms agreed upon by both parties in the “Terms Of Engagement” Agreement. VAT will be applied in accordance with the prevailing U.A.E laws.
If the client employs a job seeker/candidate introduced by Roaring Twentie within 12 months of the date of introduction, “Roaring Twentie” are entitled to their full introduction fees.
Any costs arising from graphological or other tests and advertising, etc. will be charged to the client on a cost only basis – irrespective of whether an employment contract is concluded between the job seeker/candidate and the client or not.
Job seeker’s/Candidate’s potential traveling expenses and other expenses shall be borne directly by the client. Unless otherwise agreed, Roaring Twentie does not reimburse job seekers/candidates for traveling and out-of-pocket expenses in connection with attending an interview with the client.
17.Guarantee Period
The standard guarantee period is 1 month from the start date of the specific contract. In the event that an engagement terminates within the guarantee period and provided: (i) the Client notifies Roaring Twentie in writing of the termination of engagement within seven days of such termination (during the guarantee period); and (ii) the Client or its subsidiary or associated company shall not engage the Job seeker/Candidate within twelve months from the date of such termination; and (iii) the termination is not due to redundancy, restructuring; and (iv) all monies due from the Client have been paid in accordance with these terms and conditions then Roaring Twentie shall endeavour to find a replacement at no extra cost to the Client except for agreed additional advertising costs.
There will be no refunding of any fees and/or expenses to the Client in any event.
18.Confidentiality
A Job seeker’s/Candidate’s CV is provided in strict confidence to the Client only for its information. The Client undertakes to keep all personal information relating to Job seekers/Candidates in strict confidence and not to disclose such information to any third parties without the prior written consent by Roaring Twentie. Direct references on the Job seeker/Candidate may only be requested by the Client upon the prior written approval by the Job seeker/Candidate.
19.Interim Recruitment
Unless otherwise agreed, Roaring Twentie is free to submit the Job seeker’s/Candidate’s CV to other clients until it has been notified by the Client that an employment contract has been concluded with the Job seeker/Candidate.
20.Payment Terms & Conditions
The fee and the expenses as per 12. (Fees & Expenses) above are due upon conclusion of an employment contract between the Client and the Job seeker/Candidate introduced by Roaring Twentie under the “Terms Of Engagement” agreement. The invoice is payable within 15 days after receipt.
In the event of late payment Roaring Twentie is entitled to charge interest on all overdue invoices at a rate of 0.25% per day. The Client is further responsible to reimburse Roaring Twentie for all expenses arising out of or related to such delay (administration costs, legal fees, collection agency fees etc.).
21.Waiver
No waiver by Roaring Twentie shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
22.Remedies
Given the nature of these terms, you understand and agree that, in addition to money damages, Roaring Twentie will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of them by you.
23.Place of Performance, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Service of any correspondence and other deliveries must be addressed to the registered address of Roaring Twentie (Suite 17, The Iridium Building, Umm Suqeim Road, Al Barsha, Dubai, U.A.E, Tel: +97143 818778).
The “Terms & Conditions” contract is governed by the substantive laws of the U.A.E. All disputes arising from the contractual terms agreed upon by both parties under the “Terms Of Engagement” Agreement is to be settled amicably by both parties within 30 working days from the date a case is filed/recorded by the client with Roaring Twentie in writing, failing which the matter may be referred or produced before the courts of law within the U.A.E. for a mutual settlement.
Exclusive place of performance and jurisdiction is Fujairah, U.A.E.

25.Entire Agreement
Conclusion
We intend that these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Roaring Twentie and Users. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions between Roaring Twentie and Users must be in writing and signed by both parties.

House Rules regarding Posting, Conduct and Security
Roaring Twentie is the sole interpreter of these rules. Users who violate these rules may have their access and use of the Site suspended or terminated, at Roaring Twentie’s discretion. Roaring Twentie reserves the right to change or amend these rules in accordance with the Terms and Conditions above at any time.
Posting Rules
- a. Your Document may not contain: (i) URLs or links to Web sites (to advertise your company or Web site); (ii) copyrighted material (unless you own the copyright or have the owner’s permission to post the copyrighted material); (iii) trade secrets (unless you own them or have the owner’s permission to post them); (iv) material that infringes on or misappropriates any other intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of others; (v) anything that is sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful; or (vi) anything that is embarrassing or offensive to another person or entity, or violates the law of the country in which you are based.
- b. You may not use your Document(s) to: (i) impersonate another person, living or dead; (ii) post false, inaccurate or misleading information; (iii) post advertisements or solicitations of business (including, but not limited to, franchises, “club memberships,” distributorships, or anything requiring a monetary investment by the User); (iv) post chain letters or pyramid schemes; or (v) post opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise.
- c. Your Document(s) must contain sufficient detail to convey clearly to the User the nature and requirements of the job opportunity, or your qualifications as a candidate for employment. Documents that encourage the User to “email for more details” are not permitted. Documents from any third party charging a fee or restricting complete access to all resume information are prohibited.
- d. Job postings must be individual openings for traditional employees or unless there are numerous openings for specified requirements.
- e. Resume postings must contain the accurate resume of a living individual seeking employment on a full-time, part-time, or contractual basis on his or her own behalf.
- f. Roaring Twentie is under no obligation to monitor the Documents posted on the Site, but it may monitor Documents at random. Documents found to violate the above Posting Rules may be removed at Roaring Twentie’s discretion.
Conduct Rules
- a. You may not respond to postings by other Users in any manner or for any purpose other than that which is expected (i.e., to apply for the job or to initiate further discussion with the candidate). Communications soliciting the employer’s business by our competitors are prohibited.
- b. You may not send unsolicited commercial email to Users.
- c. Protect your password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. You are responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. If others use your password to post inappropriate material on the Site, you risk losing your access to the Site. You agree to notify Roaring Twentie immediately of any unauthorized use of your registration and password.
- d. Report inappropriate postings or conduct to Feedback.
- e. You may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.
- f. If at any time during the term of this agreement Roaring Twentie comes to the understanding that you: (i) misled Roaring Twentie of your business practices and/or services, or (ii) purchased services that do not represent your precise business, Roaring Twentie reserves the right to terminate this agreement.
- g. Roaring Twentie is under no obligation to monitor the conduct of its Users, but it may investigate and respond when violations are reported.
Security Rules
- a. Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation: (i) accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; (ii) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; (iii) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, “flooding”, “mailbombing” or “crashing”; (iv) sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; (v) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
- b. Violation of these Security Rules may result in civil or criminal liability. Roaring Twentie will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.
